Mike, our salesman, and Richard, our installer, were so very friendly, extremely knowlegeable, and informative. They answered all of our questions honestly. Mike did NOT try to pressure me into buying out of my price point even though my husband was not there and was out of town. In fact, he told me about clearance items for me to SAVE money. Many people would try to steer us into a more expensive pair based on their commission (I'm assuming that's how he gets paid). It was very refreshing. Richard answered all of my husband's questions promptly and very helpful!!
