Their technician did an awesome job of resurrecting my HP laptop from the ash heaps of history. The motherboard was fried, and he found the right replacement motherboard and installed it and upgraded the processor for an amazingly reasonable price. In the end, for less than the price of a new laptop, I have a great computer. These guys are amazingly competent and charge extremely fair prices.
