His attitude was wonderful, and he was polite, understanding, and cooperative. I needed to pick up a couple of items from the hardware store to complete the effort and he made it clear what I needed. When asked to provide the system check that was offered, he did it with a attitude that made me think he enjoyed helping clients. Nice job; and he made sure the area was cleaned up after he finished the work. thanks
