My car got side swiped last year and I took it to Wards on Gibbons st, it took them over 3 weeks to repair minimal scrapes and repaint the damaged area. They kept pushing back the estimated completion date for arbitrary reasons. After getting into an accident (which was not my fault) several weeks ago, I thought I'd give them another chance. This was a mistake. First of all, it took them 3 weeks from the time the accident happened to when they were ready for my car at the shop. They kept losing the insurance estimate that had been sent to them several times and every time I called to check on it, whoever I spoke to acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I waited over two weeks before even calling to see when my car might be done, when they told me it would be finished Friday of that week. When I didn't get a call on Friday, I waited until Monday to call back, at that point they told me it would be done Friday of the next week. Every time I call, they have to call me back because ""the manager is out to lunch"" or ""I'm the only person in the office right now."" It's not a very big place, I don't understand why every person in there has no idea what's going on around them. I will not be taking my car back to Wards if I get in any more accidents.
