Ward's Auto Paint Bodyworks

My car got side swiped last year and I took it to Wards on Gibbons st, it took them over 3 weeks to repair minimal scrapes and repaint the damaged area. They kept pushing back the estimated completion date for arbitrary reasons. After getting into an accident (which was not my fault) several weeks ago, I thought I'd give them another chance. This was a mistake. First of all, it took them 3 weeks from the time the accident happened to when they were ready for my car at the shop. They kept losing the insurance estimate that had been sent to them several times and every time I called to check on it, whoever I spoke to acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I waited over two weeks before even calling to see when my car might be done, when they told me it would be finished Friday of that week. When I didn't get a call on Friday, I waited until Monday to call back, at that point they told me it would be done Friday of the next week. Every time I call, they have to call me back because ""the manager is out to lunch"" or ""I'm the only person in the office right now."" It's not a very big place, I don't understand why every person in there has no idea what's going on around them. I will not be taking my car back to Wards if I get in any more accidents. more

I'm a soldier. I like the way I was treated and most of all I like the repair job on my car. The folks there were great and the car was done when they siad it would be. They detailed my car after the repair as well. I recommend this shop to all my fellow soldiers. It is soldier friendly for sure. more

I am retired Army. The car was ready when they told me was going to be but most importantly the repairs were flawless. Could not even tell it had been involved in an accident. The manager was extremely professional and the service was class ?A?. I recommend them every time. Great work!!! more

No stars. My car was here from Dec 9th to Dec 29th. My car got broken into and they stole my radio, speakers, military gear and other stuff. They also failed to tell me when it happened because the day I came to pick up my car is when they let me know. I also asked when it happened and they didn't even have an answer...they told me its on the police report. GOOD JOB WARD! -10 stars 4 thumbs down if I had 2 more hands and a middle finger DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN SKIDAWAY / 3005 GIBBSON ST.!!!!!!!!! more

Superb service and they gave me a free rental !!!! As far as I know they are the only shop in town that will do that. My car looked like new. His shops are the best in town without a doubt. If the owner of the shop reads this I never got a chance to tell you but GREAT JOB Mr. Ward!!!!! Pros: Repair quality professional service, treated me like human being!! more
