The repairman came early, finished quickly and cleaned up well. He was able to get the broken window, which was large at approxiamately 2ft x 5ft, out in one piece and put the new one in. We showed him a problem we were having with another window's opening mechanism, and found it was missing a clip. He did not have this clip with him but made a note of it. We have had no word back about this yet. But he did a great job on the task he was assigned to do.
