I was told since I was a return customer there would be no charge, I was lied to from the beginning, was told there would be no charge unless I wanted a rental car, which my insurance would have covered anyway, then the car wasn't ready when promised and charged the deductible anyway, minus a 10 discount for being a repeat customer, which I wouldn't have been had I known they wouldn't keep their word!
