Only reason I downgraded total experience was b/c dishwasher was supposed to be delivered and installed on Friday. Was called on Friday to confirm I'd be home, went home waited...got a call from my salesperson stating there was a problem with the dishwasher and they couldn't come until the next Wednesday. I took the day off work...disappointing!!
Richard was an amazing installer. Very professional and did a great job! Very happy with my Bosch!!
