A road trip was cut short when my Veloster's speakers decided to override the music with an ear-splitting and continuous screech that persisted even when the car was turned off. The dealership had no recommendations for the problem over the phone, but took the car in for repair as soon as I dropped it off. Complementary rental was provided without issue. The problem turned out to be the amp and I'm told a hard reset was done and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. The cost was originally set at $0 so I found it unessesary and unprofessional when the service advisor that finalized things joked about how the cost was now "$400" and "just kidding" when I gave him a look (it was a different guy than who helped when I brought the car in).
