easily the nastiest, most unprofessional company i've come across in a long time. it is run by jennifer. she is disgustingly crass to her customers and sneers at anyone who asks her a question or tries to haggle. NOWHERE did it say you can't haggle. don't want to? just politely say so. but no, she tries to humiliate anyone and everyone she can. if you want someone to treat you badly, by all means, go to her sales. you will not leave feeling like you got something special, you will leave feeling like you've been ripped off AND insulted.\r

i made the mistake of trying to make a complaint, in which jennifer just lies about being a lawyer and tell me that i'll be forcibly removed from the sale. REALLY?? no wonder they hire a cop at their sales. my guess is jennifer regularly picks fights with customers, and some of them probably don't take very well. good job hiding behind your cop and lies, jen.\r

terrible people don't deserve your money. i'm sure she lost several customers that day because of her behavior, and now reading the reviews here, i can see that this has been going on for a while now, and mine wasn't the only incident.
