We needed a new dryer. We bought it on Friday; it was installed on Monday; I am using it on Tuesday. The salesman was helpful--guiding us to dryers that fit our specifications and price range. The young man who delivered it was polite and efficient. This is our third appliance from Dick Van Dyke in less than three years. If the washer "dies" soon, we will return to the Champaign store.
