Bought a Fisher & Paykel washer & dryer. The saleswoman assisting us was very knowledgeable about the products we were considering including complaints we had heard about how some of the high efficiency washers that did not have agitators bunched up the clothes causing them to wrinkle if not removed promptly. The installation and removal of our old washer & dryer was quick and professionally done. We were very pleased with the entire experience.
