I feel like they scammed us. They have been billing for time when no services were used. Everytime there is an attempt to contact them the response has been that their paperwork is in storage. They will not return our calls, and have been increadably evasive. I feel really let down about their service. It is too bad. You send your loved one for help, and you end up with a legal battle about artificial services. It is sad. I can't recommend a place like that.
