FILED COMPLAINT WITH BBB!!!! I purchased a groupon for these movers and am sooo sorry I did. They showed up 36 hours after they were scheduled. I was told several times, we'll be there in two hours, dont worry. No one showed. I talked to someone who said he was the manager and he was extremely rude. After asking to speak to his boss he stated, ""I own the company so I guess that makes God my boss now doesn't it? "" and hung up on me. The next day the owner of the local franchise called and apologized. He said he would bring an extra man at no charge to me in order to get my move done a little faster since they didnt show the day before. He shows up 36 hours after the original time with 2 people, not 3. He stated he had to go get the third guy. So I was down to 1 man for 90 minutes and he told me the third guy was 20 minutes tops from where I lived. After loading my belongings, its now 12AM, we get to the new house where he demands payment for the 3rd man he brought. I told him that he said this extra man was a courtesy for not showing up the day before not to mention there was only one man for 90 minutes. He called me a liar and said that my stuff was not coming off the truck until I paid. He said he had put people things in storage before for non payment and he had no problem doing it to me. It was 1:15 in the morning and I paid to get my stuff of this truck and this man off my lawn. They ripped my suede couch, broke several of my glass items and style my microwave. No matter how much you think you're saving with this company, you're a lot further ahead paying more for someone else.
