This is the worst Internet service I've ever had or seen. We got an email saying our area was being cut off Netflix because we were inconsiderate intent users. We couldn't even log into our account at Netflix because they block it entirely. We didn't even know what the problem was for 3 days as they blocked us then informed us by email 3 days later. They put the full blame on us their customers, not the fact that they have not been able to keep up with tech. Or use equipment to support what they were selling. We paid $70+ a month for a package they sold me that was supposed to support Netflix. These are horrible people who run this company and do not have any customer service appreciation. Do not waste your money or time (especially the time we spent waiting for slow connection and slow downloading).
