I used to have these guys for wireless internet and they were so slow and charged me 70 dollars a month for internet service that was about .2 mps it was so slow it would take 10 ...

Casa Grand Internet is the biggest waste of money. I had Wavevision and was having problems with poor internet speeds, but was consistently getting speeds in the 1-2mbps range. So I tried switching over to Casa Grand Internet. The manager I spoke to said their latency is on par with cable companies and they offer up to 9mbps. He went on to say their equipment is so much better than Wavevision’s as well. Well, the nightmare begins almost immediately (I really had a nightmare about it that same night). Although they say up to 9mbps, they only guarantee 1mbps and “bursts” up to 9mbps. In the afternoon (4PM) I began seeing speeds under 1mbps, with occasionally “bursts” of speed between 5-6mbps. That persisted off and on through the evening. It took my 10 minutes to watch a 30 second YouTube video. Sadly, I didn’t read some negative reviews that were already circulating on the internet about the same issues with Casa Grande Internet. When I called to cancel, the person on the phone said they were getting 11mbps (10AM). Yeah, maybe so, when everyone is at work and no one is using up their internet. Anyway, the representative had a poor attitude and basically inferred there was nothing wrong with anything on their end it must be my router. B.S.! Don’t waste your time folks….I went to Airebeam who has 24/7 tech support, free installation and great internet speeds. more

This is the worst Internet service I've ever had or seen. We got an email saying our area was being cut off Netflix because we were inconsiderate intent users. We couldn't even log into our account at Netflix because they block it entirely. We didn't even know what the problem was for 3 days as they blocked us then informed us by email 3 days later. They put the full blame on us their customers, not the fact that they have not been able to keep up with tech. Or use equipment to support what they were selling. We paid $70+ a month for a package they sold me that was supposed to support Netflix. These are horrible people who run this company and do not have any customer service appreciation. Do not waste your money or time (especially the time we spent waiting for slow connection and slow downloading). more

Horrible service horrible people 1/26/2012

I used to have these guys for wireless internet and they were so slow and charged me 70 dollars a month for internet service that was about .2 mps it was so slow it would take 10 minutes to watch a 30 second video. I called them and they did not sound one bit concerned they said I could sign a new 2 year contract and pay 90 a month to be guaranteed 1 mbs . I found another company called airebeam for 29 a month to guarantee 2 mbs . I now have fast service it is super fast now. I love it and I hated the people at Casa Grande Internet. more

I would NOT recommend for computer repair. 7/18/2010

I had taken my HP laptop into Casa Grande Internet twice now, 4 of the 5 items I asked of CG Internet, I feel they completely failed me. \r 1.My internal power socket was never replaced, as they felt it was only the power plug. Obviously, the power socket was never tested, as the power socket still wiggles. On and off blue light indicating incoming power is inconsistent and requires manipulation to secure incoming power. \r (still not fixed) \r 2.They replaced my broken power cord with a generic power cord. The generic power cord they replaced for me failed within 60 days. I returned to CG Internet about this and problems I had with my Internet explorer since. \r CG Internet accused me of returning the original ""broken"" power cord they had given back to me, I was furious! To blatantly accuse a customer of this!? They did not try to gently say- Are you sure? Can you bring in both power cords for us to compare them? No, I was told several times after going back and forth on this, that I was trying to give them the original broken cord. The one they gave me would not have failed that quick. \r I too agree....If the power socket was repaired to begin with, the 2nd power cord should not have failed. The manipulation to maintain power to the unit is the cause of the failures in the cords. \r Anyways, before this escalated any further, I informed them that I would produce the 2 power cords and would expect an apology for the outright accusation. I was so upset with them questioning my integrity, I did not return, but I had a friend from the office return to Casa Grande Internet. \r My friend produced the 2 broken power cords within the hour of the accusations they made of me. I never did receive an apology. \r I have since replaced cord with a factory HP cord myself and no further problems with the power cord. \r 3.CG Internet let me know they could not simply replace two keyboard buttons, so they replaced the entire keyboard. \r (This one item has not posed any problems since repair by them.) \r 4.My factory battery they replaced with a generic battery, my HP laptop does not recognize battery and I sometimes get a pop-up of this. \r Now, just this weekend, several months after having my laptop into Casa Grande Internet, I am informed that I was entitled to a FREE factory replacement, due to a recall on these HP batteries getting too hot. This is the exact complaint I originally had about the battery. \r The HP battery recall has been public, on their site and in effect for over a year. I must question CG Internet. They are in the business of repairing computers. How could they not be aware of this very public recall by HP, affecting almost 200,000 laptops? \r Or, were they aware... very aware? \r It is interesting to note- when picking up my laptop after the service, Casa Grande Internet returned to me- my broken power cords and broken keyboard. I was NOT returned the failed battery. I did not think twice at the time, but now I find out, to receive the FREE HP replacement battery, I must have the bar code label off that battery. Why did they return ALL broken items...except the battery that I was entitled to have a free replacement of? I should have received a free factory battery, a $130 value now gone. \r 5.System clean I requested, was a mistake! Many of my programs have problems. I can not even find a single restore point to back my computer to & backups fail. Bottom line, after this experience, I simply do NOT trust taking my laptop to them a third time. \r I would NOT recommend for computer repair. \r \r Cons: Poor tech, repair and customer service more
