All backed up and no place to go? Well, head over to Intestinal Fitness in Raleigh, NC! I searched the web for 'colonics in Raleigh'. I'm a 51-yr-old mother of seven kids. I've been doing all the “right” things: half my body weight in ounces of water daily, clean eating, exercise, supplements, 3 – 4 bowel movements per day, and 7-8 hours of sleep.
