What a Relief!\r \r All backed up and no place to go? Well, head over to Intestinal Fitness in Raleigh, NC! I searched the web for 'colonics in Raleigh'. I'm a 51-yr-old mother of seven kids. I've been doing all the “right” things: half my body weight in ounces of water daily, clean eating, exercise, supplements, 3 – 4 bowel movements per day, and 7-8 hours of sleep. So, why was I suffering with a lack of energy, brain fog, gas and bloating? And WHY, despite exercise and core workouts, am I unable to rid myself of this belly fat? I read EVERY testimonial on the site and discovered others who suffered with the same symptoms! I made an appointment. Rebecca was very pleasant to speak with; she told me exactly what to expect. Their office is like a day at the beach, complete with a surf board on the porch! Gabrielle is ALWAYS very reassuring, and she talked me through each step of the process. Not painful at all, and SEEING is BELIEVING! “Poop TV”told the story, and I was amazed at what was passing from my body through that tube before my eyes! OLD waste matter and many mucous clots are gone ( about six lbs, so far). After the treatment, I went to the bathroom, and MUCH MORE WASTE flowed out! After four treatments, the gas and bloating is gone, I sleep better, have more energy, and no longer look pregnant! I feel sooo good; thanks, Dr. G!
