Far and away the worst service I've ever experienced. After five years with them, we moved out of state, and they attempted to force me to pay another five years because I hadn't notified them of cancellation 60 days prior. We didn't even KNOW 60 days prior to the end of our five-year term that we would be moving OUT of state! All he could offer me (after laughing at me) was one month of free service.\r

It took a complaint to the BBB and Attorney General to get them to drop our services. Here we pay $48 for three months service; LeBoeuf charged us $120 (with a fluctuating fuel surcharge) for three months.\r

I had minimal problems until we requested a change in our contract, and then they turned into the most rude and rotten people I have ever dealt with. Everyone else I've spoken with says they had the same experience, including those who have attempted to cut costs and were told they had agreed to the terms of contract when they signed up for service in the beginning.\r
