I am very pleased. I had a service call on my old fridge after looking at a new one and the salesman said I should have my 10 yr old one looked at first. The service man Chris was very helpful and when I had to have him a week later he explained what else was going on with it. Chris told me what it would cost to fix and was helpful. I told him I would just buy a new one. I went back to the store and Doug Williams was very helpful. He explained everything about the fridge and was very knowledgeable. So I went ahead and bought it. When it was delivered by Lyle (I think) he took care of my home and setting up the new fridge. He explained everything I needed to know about operating the unit. I am very satisfactied with my hole process from the service to buying and setting up process. I will be a recommend Dick Van Dyke Applicane World.
