Positive Changes has been great for me. I thought I was dealing well with my stress levels but after the first session I began to realize that the stress was what was keeping me from reaching some of my goals. Listening to the CD's helps me alot. I still have to do the work but it helps free my mind up to deal with what is important. Love it.
