Despite my better judgement, after reading the reviews for this location, I went and had a Brazilian Wax done at the Spa Club..........this was the worst mistake!!!! I have been getting Brazilian Waxes for the past 4 years. I relocated to Utah and needed to get one done. Spa Club is close to my house so i figured....why not. The price is more than I planned on spending but figured it would be worth it. WRONG! After the person said I had tough areas of hair, she proceeded to PULL the hair out in HUG sections. After this did not work she mentioned that there may be sections of hair left , but the next time I get a waxing they will be removed. After she left the room, I looked and I had TONS of hair left, not to mention several areas where there was still little hairs that had not been removed and lots of wax mixed into my hair. I will NEVER go back, nor recommend this location to anyone.
