Well I've learned not to just base who I hire after reading online reviews and to stay skeptical of EVERYONE. Yet after our pool needed an emergency treatment I was desperate and needed someone right away and I found aqua clean. I didn't know anything about Matt, but I talk to him first and found him to be very nice ""over the phone"" and very helpful. We scheduled a pool cleaning with him after we told him what was going on and he gave me the charge. I pulled up other reciepts from former pool cleaners for a one time clean and the cost was the same. He's not due until next week and I will post our experience here. In the meantime he told us what to do until her arrived. I thought that was great!! Matt came just like he promise and although I was not here I left him a check which could not be cash because it was a home printed check and the routing number did not come up. I paid him over the phone at that time and he desserved that and more....thanks Matt! He arrived as promise and his service was exceptional thanks Matt!!
