Nancey warren failed to meet agreeded upon scheduled payments and pay for add on's to pool. We scheduled and arbitration with friends, that reffered me to her and came to terms too continue on with the project and plaster the pool, she would then make a plaster payment and complete discripises in project and proceed on to finishing project. After pool was plastered, once again she did not make payment as agreed, instead served me with a cease and asssit letter instucting me to not return to her property or I would be arrested for tresspassing. Sure there were issues that needed attending but without permission to enter her property or monies she owed, I could not complete the work, this case went to court and was kicked out. She still owes me 17k and no the work was not fully completed
