Extremely knowledgeable in his craft and a consummate professional. On time and fixed the problem. I have had a problem with my wooden garage door for over 2 years, had other's out but never fixed correctly. The door completely came off the rails. Doug not only got my garage door working and back on track but fixed it correctly. My 8 year garage door is like new again, thanks Doug.
