I was a fairly regular shopper and then decided to consign. Horribly disappointing experience and the computer software system is poorly written and appears to have many glitches. Inventory disappears on the inventory list and you think items are sold and yet they don't show up in the ""payment due"" section. When you go in the store to question employees, their inventory sheet is different from what shows up on the consignor's computer inventory sheet. Extremely suspicious. They take 60% and with an extreme markdown in 30 days if item is not sold, it is not worth the headaches. DO NOT consign here. I can't even force myself to shop here any longer. Bitter taste in my mouth and I am so completely angry with myself that I didn't pick up all my stuff before they became ""store property."" I would have rather donated my items to one of my favorite charity thrift stores.
