I purchased an Amana refer and Bosch DW from them 9 years ago for half of the new price. They had some dings on the stainless steel fronts, but this was OK by me. Both items are still going strong, with no problems so far. The DW was missing a kickplate, which they never came through with. I ordered one from a parts store, so don't expect a high level of service. But for the price, I am well pleased. I will use them again.
