After having purchased a Washer/Dryer 7 months ago we had a issue with our dryer. Got someone to come out and look at it, said two weeks for part. No phone call from them after two weeks so we called and they had part and just did not contact us to set up repair. now 2 months later dryer goes down again. send 1 repair man out and he is there a total of maybe 10 minutes. Did nothing but check a couple of items and left. Had no idea. Waste of my time to be there. complained got new tech out and he diagnosed problem, but have no parts. Wow. So said will call back with idea of what timeframe will be. NOTHING BACK from anyone. We keep calling them, they make promises from customer service and nobody follows thru with them. Very poor customer service from somebodfy who spent a lot of money at their store.
