I've used Pet Paradise Hobby location for the last few years. My dog always comes home happy and seems to have enjoyed himself when I pick him up. \r

The after hours service can be a bit spotty. It depends who is running the night shift as to what type of response you get. I have not had any issues with it in the last year but I had challenges picking up my dog one time. I have been assured that this individual no longer works at the location. \r

All in all a great place to drop off your dog! I chose it based on the online reviews that I read. I continue to use the Hobby location even if I am flying out of IAH.
