I've used Comergence's application for brokers applying to represent a wholesale mortgage lender. It's all been online. The application is pretty easy to use, but sometimes can be a little counter intuitive like when dealing with something updating or it being rejected on the wholesalers end or whether its been reviewed yet. Otherwise, it's been fine.
