We use Comergence for the online applications for our clients. We've been able to reach out to them for troubleshooting several times. I think their communication could use improvement though. When submitting a question via online chat, it appeared as though the representative didn't even read my questions, and this has happened more than once. This company offers a good start for a product. I have seen them make improvements, which is good. Their president even got in touch with me, and he was very helpful. They're definitely heading in the right direction.
