South Florida Marine Construction; owned and operated by a one ""Mr. Frank Donley"" provided outstanding service in reconstructing my Alafia Riverfront Dock and Boatlift and seawall. It was quite obvious this gentleman had an incredible knowledge of his business. Upon contacting several Marine Contractors, receiving the first return call from Mr. Donley as well as the first appearance my husband and I were very confident not to mention extremely impressed. (We are some great people but far from being easily impressed. ) The work was completed in a top notch, professional manner. There are the tradesman; and then there are the expert ,trustworthy, educated professional business men who are at the very least; at the top of their game.
