Worst customer service is an understatement. LOOK IF YOU MUST BUT DON'T BUY. I recently purchased about $1,500 of bed linens at the Raleigh store. Here's how they treated me when I tried to solicit help from them when I accidentally shrunk the bed cover. I had a simple question about the dimensions of the cover so I could search for an expert to help repair any damage. The store manager called me back and before I could ask my question she started yelling at me for wasting their time, called me an ignorant consumer who didn't know the difference between polyester and fine linens. When I couldn't stop the ranting I hung up and called the owner. What a customer service disappointment. How they are still in business is beyond me. Other small business owners should be concerned that Opulence taints the support of local business.
