Don't waist your money! Do research before giving her your money. I ended up paying the owner at Body Connection 1200.00 and received a book to figure things out on my own and the only time I heard back from her is when I asked her why she don't contact me or tell me what to do or what I am supposed to be working on. Terrible program. You get no support and waist a lot of money. Be careful because she is sly with her words and has a good sales pitch. I went to her for help with my weight and ended up loosing money and didn't drop a pound, spent 1200.00 and she spent only 2 hours with me in a 2 month time frame. One hour was talking me into getting signed up. Do your research before waiting your money!!!!!!!
