I dropped my car off for its 20k service and was given an identical loaner car, which was great. My car was ready earlier than expected and the lady who helped me made sure that the issue with my speech control on the car was perfectly dealt with. The car came back clean and running beautifully. She also told me the date by which my next service would stop being free and advised me to bring the car in before this.
