Not Just Carpet was very helpful from the time I visited the showroom to pick out my materials to when they came to our home to measure for the installation to the installation itself. The guys who did the installation were incredibly professional. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation looks fantastic.
I felt all along that I knew what the process was going to be for the installation. Joel Berg, who's one of the owners, was very communicative about that process. He also followed up after the installation to make sure we were happy with the product and the installation. They seemed to go above and beyond in communicating. It was just a higher level of customer service.
