My experience in working with Not Just Carpet of South Florida has been great and I am highly satisfied with the outcome of their work. Their installer was superb, very kind and courteous and left me re-assured about the work he did for us. His work was neat and clean, perfect edging, and even cleaned up after himself well to the point in which I was pleasantly surprised. His demeanor was also personable, respectful and highly professional in the sense that he answered any and all questions we had for him regarding the work done and the quality of the product itself. His prompt arrival was a plus as well and made me feel even more likely to recommend their services to others in the area, which is something I have done since the service was completed. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anybody in the local area who are in need of carpet replacement and will continue to use them in the future again as needed be. more

A superb experience! 5/8/2014

I used Not Just Carpet for the first time, and they really went above and beyond! I'm very particular about what I expect from people, since that's how I do my business. The customer comes first, and everything has to be right for them. That's just how Not Just Carpet treated me! They were neat, clean, polite, and respectful. They kept me in the loop, and they were true professionals! There were no surprises, and everything turned out to perfection. They were really good! They were recommended to me by my daughter who had them put floors down in her rental properties. Even with those rentals, they did a phenomenal job! When I decided to have my floor done, I called them. I never questioned the price or anything. It was fair, and they treat you how they want to be treated. They do more than the job calls for in every way. I wouldn't go anywhere else! more

They had the product I needed! 5/5/2014

I used Not Just Carpet for the first time. It was for our condo association, not for personal use. They did the office and the library for us, and I would recommend them! The salesman was very professional, and they did good installation. We had one little problem, and they took care of it without any issue. They had a big selection, and they did the work quickly! more

Very good. 5/2/2014

Everything was satisfactory with Not Just Carpet. We've used their services a few times now, and most recently, they installed the flooring in my daughter's bedroom. So far it looks good, and it's still drying since it's only been a few days. We continue to use their services because we like that they are a local company that has been around a long time. Everything turns out great. more

Easy as "1,2,3" 4/24/2014

I used Not Just Carpet for the first time when I needed the carpet replaced in the house I was using as a rental. There was a time crunch to measure and put down the carpet, and they were able to do everything in 24 hours. They were very good and very quick. They are very friendly and family-oriented. I like that it didn't feel like a corporate store. I originally picked out carpet that seemed like a reasonable price, but they suggested I pick out a backup too. When they called me with the quote after measuring, the cost was much more than I was expecting for my first choice carpet. I ended up going with the backup carpet. Since I had already picked it out, I didn't have to go back in. They saved me time! more

I have no problem with the quality of their work. 3/19/2014

Not Just Carpet was very simple to deal with and offered a fair price for the work that they did. They put soundproofing and flooring that looks like wood in two bedrooms for me. The only issue was that they wouldn't pre-book the dates for me. I was rebuilding an entire condo, and they refused to confirm until the day before they started the work. This delayed some things for me, but they did a great job other than that and did quality work. more

I couldn't recommend Not Just Carpet more highly! I came into their showroom and I got wonderful service and was shown beautiful product. They came in to my house for measurements and did everything they said that would. All the finishes were beautiful and magnificent. I've lived in four different apartments and have plenty of experience dealing with contractors and buying product. These guys are the best! more

I was very pleased with Not Just Carpet. They installed tile on a floor for me. There were a few glitches, but they immediately called me. We had to wait for my handyman to go look at something, and they were very accommodating. They were very good about getting the job done when I needed, and the work they did was exquisite! They're very, very good. I thought they were the best around, and I was very satisfied with their work! more

Not Just Carpet installed a little bit of everything for us. They installed carpet, tile and laminate floors, and everything turned out terrific! I thought they were very efficient, and they had a big inventory to choose from. They did a very nice job, and I've gotten a lot of complements on the new floors. I would highly recommend them! more

Not Just Carpet did a rather small job for me, but they were still very professional and very informative. I needed to replace a carpet in my living room. Don provided us with a very cost-effective solution to our problem. They came in, they did the job, and they left. That's what people in business are supposed to do, but they don't do that too often nowadays. more

Very happy with the results 1/6/2014

This is the second time that I have called Not Just Carpet to service my floors. The first time they worked on my carpet and this last time they fixed my wood floor. On both occasions they did a fabulous job and I was utterly blown away by their efforts. Always there whenever I need them 12/24/2013

Not Just Carpets changes the carpets in my center. I have been using them for over four years. They always work as fast as they can. I really love that when I call them, they listen to what I need. If I need something rushed, they don't charge me extra for it. That is awesome and something you seldom find in other companies. They are always there whenever I need them. I have had a great experience, and I will definitely keep using them. I would recommend them. more

Our carpet looks amazing, thanks to Not Just Carpet. They really completed the job quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They expertly installed carpet in two of our bedrooms and a living room at one of our rental properties. Every time I had a question or concern, Joel would call me right back and answer instantly. He knows his stuff and the response time is really good. I got three quotes for this job and Not Just Carpet came out first with their price. Not Just Carpet was very helpful from the time I visited the showroom to pick out my materials to when they came to our home to measure for the installation to the installation itself. The guys who did the installation were incredibly professional. They cleaned up after themselves and the installation looks fantastic. I felt all along that I knew what the process was going to be for the installation. Joel Berg, who's one of the owners, was very communicative about that process. He also followed up after the installation to make sure we were happy with the product and the installation. They seemed to go above and beyond in communicating. It was just a higher level of customer service. more
