The apartments are conveniently located , and in a very pretty setting. However there are bums that camp in those wood , they sleep in the laundry rooms , break into your cars and the owners do nothing about it. It needs more lighting but they simply don't care. It was very cheap and the apartments looked nice, however it was not worth everything that has happened to us while being there. My apartment flooded multiple times and staff had no sympathy for the loss of my things. There is no such thing as an ""emergency"" to them. You will be lucky to hear from any of them in a timely manner, unless it involves money. In that case they will be right on it. The pools are not taken care of and are absolutely disgusting. They all have bug problems and by bugs I mean roaches. They never go away. BAd group of people that live there they will steal car parts from you in broad day light. If you are thinking of moving here because of the price..think again. They will raise the price on you right in the middle of a lease the n threaten you are behind on the mysterious gas bills they can not prove where they are coming from or how you are being charges. One person pays the same for gas as a person that has 8 living with them. I read the reviews before I moved in but thought it was just an angry tenant. I can not express to you how big of a mess this place is. The little you save on rent here is not worth the problems you WILL have. think you are locked into a lease agreement..so did I somehow I had to sign a new one because the old was voided . Guesswhat the new one had a higher price too.
