completely surprised that the delivery tech did not plan to turn on either the washer or dryer to ensure machines were working properly before he left. I believe he was taken back when I asked he to show me that they both worked before he left. Tech also made mention not to try to remove tape/stickers before they were warmed up in the home for a few hours, or "you will have a mess". but the tech was the one to try to remove several of the stickers/tape leaving us over an hour of work trying to remove the glue off our machines.
