I agree Comcast is a horrible company to do business with, but if you can get with the right techs they can solve problems I had been experiencing problems for the lash six months,finally thanks be to god tech Chris Nichols 5215 and Jason QUARELS 1141came out on yesterday afternoon ,they ran test , and finally pinpointed my problem and repaired my service Iwould like to say techs like Jason Quarels and Chris Nichols gets a AAA rating ,as far as I am conserned these guys gets my highes appreciation Comcast be proud you have employees like these,altho you are ahorrible company to do business with you are protected by good dedicated employees,like these two find young men please try to do better by your customers.
