Benjamin Franklin Plumbing's servicemen came in to reset a couple of toilets for me after I had flooring done. They did a good job of that. They did the work on weekends, whereas a previous plumber I used either wouldn't come out at all, or would charge a premium. This company will come out at the normal price no matter what day it is. They sold me their plan, so I'm now a satisfied Benjamin Franklin Plumbing member.
