I was very skeptical ordering a garage door online not really sure of the quality or service I would receive, the door and the low profile tracks were received without any damages, I had them professionally installed without any issues such as missing parts or not fitting, and the quality of the doors were great. I was told by 2 other garage door suppliers that it was impossible to install a garage door with such a low clearance, after talking to Doors Direct customer service about the low clearance issue they recommended a low profile track, it worked as promised, I would definitely order again from Doors Direct.
