I have leased two vehicles from this dealership. I recently returned to trade in my lease for a new one. I had expected to be treated like a loyal repeat customer; instead, I was treated to 5 (yes, 5!) salespersons who simply stared at me when I entered the dealership. No one greeted me, no one smiled or welcomed me, and no one asked me if I needed any assistance. The negotiation process was less than professional; there is no room for negotiating any terms that do not adhere to their idea of a ""fair deal."" They treated me as if it were my privilege to lease another vehicle from them. The arrogance was palpable! I promptly took my business to the local Toyota dealership. What a difference -- the Toyota sales team was the direct opposite of O'Donnell Honda. They treated me fairly and professionally and exhibited a willingness to negotiate and meet me at a fair price. When my second Honda lease reaches maturity, I will be taking it straight to Toyota!
