I was very displeased with the service and food from Tower Pizza. When I ordered, the delivery time was about 45 minutes. When the 45 minute mark came and went I called them and was told "the driver was on his way." 45 minutes after that (now an hour and a half after order time) I called again and said my food was not yet here and was told he would be here very soon. (Note: I am less than 1.5 miles from their location.) When I finally got the food, the pizza was cold and was the quality of a frozen pizza- seemed like a pre-made crust rather than dough that was stretched. The cherry on top was the fact that the driver parked at the other end of my block, so I had to walk down the street to retrieve my crappy food from him.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to Tower Pizza... ever.
