I have been a customer of Carpet & Floors Market Inc. in Waldorf, MD for over a year now. My first purchase with them was hardwood floors and carpet. Initially I put the deposit down and they ordered my materials right away, unfortunately I came on some hard times financially and could not meet the rest of the payment. Ray was very understanding and sensitive to my situation and promised to workout something for me. And he did, when he said he will call me back, he did. When he said that he would work with me, he did. It took me a whole year to get back on my feet, but when I did I was able to get back were I left off and got my floors installed. The service of the installers were great and Kevin the sales person has a way of making you feel you are apart of his family. I told him what my price range was and he made sure to keep me at or below, all while receiving good quality materials that would last me years to come. This write up may sound a bit cheesy, but I am all about good customer service and when I get it, I want to praise it. Good Job Ray and Kevin !!!
P.S. I just put in my order for my new floors for my downstairs, next the kitchen :) Wouldn't go anywhere else.
