Perhaps on Monday they use a fill-in chef who's not very skilled? Crudely prepped vegetables. Fried rice obviously made by popping in some rice fresh from the rice cooker and ladling in a bit of broth. The Pad Thai was bland. Ordered food medium hot, but there was no detectable level of spiciness: this could have been the blue plate special in a pub in western Ireland. Food clearly made by someone who didn't know, and didn't care.
