We ended up going to a different mortgage broker, but Kathy at AAA Mortgage Money was great. She did all she could for me, but the people she referred me to had too many rules or excuses, so the mortgage didn't happen.
I'd still recommend Kathy. I was give a lot of options and went to a lot of places. It just didn't work out with them, but not for a lack of trying on Kathy's part.
