I ordered a set of compact Bosch washer and dryer. I worked with Bob in sales who was always willing to answer my questions. He was very helpful and very patient with me. The appliances were delivered as schedule by Richard who was very polite, helpful and careful. I have not used the appliances yet but I am looking forward to doing so.
