First time purchasing a dishwasher. Read reviews about brands and models online before venturing to the stores. Went to several stores to compare prices and models. DVD had the best service and the most knowledgeable associate I spoke with. Price could have been a little lower but the quality of service and the associates knowledge made up for it.
Installation technician was great. Unfortunately I can't remember his name so that he gets recognized for his service. He answered all of my questions and was very quick and efficient in his work.
