I called on the 15th and talked to one of the guys. He told me he had the part for me. After I discussed with the other half if that was what we wanted I called back and ordered it. I thought it was strange that he told me ""Now are you sure? Once I run your card it's yours."" I answered yes, thinking why would I have called back if I didn't want it. He called me back a few hours later to tell me that the part was no good but had already ran my card. He explained that he would get it to the accounting department to get the credit going. I asked for a copy of the invoice and credit gave him my fax and offered an email, which he rejected. A week later I still have not seen the credit nor invoice. I finally called to talk to a manager and got the run around them being in a meeting. I talked to someone that told me that it was common practice to run a card and then find out if the part was truly in working order. He finally provided me with an invoice number and told me to talk to credit and gave me the manager's name. When I was transferred to her, someone else answered the phone and said she was unavailable. After insisting that I talk to her she was suddenly there. I provided her with the credit information. She then told me that I had to provide her with my credit card information again before I could get the credit. I don't carry this card with me. I found it odd that the salesman never said I had to contact them again with it?! I told her that I was upset about how long it was talking to get a credit and of course, they just fired the person who does the refunds yesterday. So now I have to wait another day before they even begin to process the credit. I work in a business that works with credit cards too. We don't charge people for items we can't provide. I also know that if someone buys something and returns it the same day I can walk over and cancel out that transactions immediately. I am not okay with the way this company does business. more
